This challenging project from a client at Case Western Reserve University showcases the end-to-end UX process beggining with research and ending with product launch. This case study involves several UX Design areas including wireframing and visual design, research, iteration, testing, information architecture, accessibility and more.
This case study showcases the process of of overhauling the information architecture for a real library website. The process included a project proposal, user interviews, a literature review and research deliverables, and a full evaluation and content audit of the existing information architecture on a real library website. A final information architecture was created through a process of iteration and user testing on wireframes and workflows using the Optimum Workshop user research Suite.
A case study exploring the process of building a mobile application from the ground up from ideation to development of a functioning prototype. This case study also showcases the process of research, competitor analysis, and the creation of a project proposal and pitch. Then, through and iterative process of sitemapping and wireframing, feedback and revision, a final, functional prototype was created.
